Through slow movements and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, this inspiring practice will guide you inward through sound and stillness.
This practice has been proven to significantly reduce tension and anxiety, as well as increasing participants' feelings of spiritual wellbeing in numerous studies.
Everyone is welcome and no previous yoga experience is required.
